Cancellation policy

We don't currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or other purchase options that charge you later. Every order is paid in full at checkout.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it ships. Email us at info@bigbasschris.com with your order number, and we'll cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but it may be eligible for a return under our Refund policy.

Future purchase options

If we offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or similar purchase options in the future, their cancellation terms will be shown on the product page and at checkout before you buy.
