Processing time
Big Bass Chris Designs gear ships from Escondido, California within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship gear to the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and to Canada.
Shipping methods and rates
Gear ships with USPS. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order.
- United States: USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express
- Canada: USPS First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International, or Priority Mail Express International
Delivery times are estimates from USPS and start once your order ships.
Apparel
Shirts and other apparel are printed to order by our print partner and ship separately from gear, with their own tracking. Apparel ships to the United States and most other countries at the flat rate shown at checkout. Because each item is printed when you order it, apparel can take a few extra business days to ship.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, your package seems lost, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@bigbasschris.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
