Rod Hinge for YakAttack BlackPak and ShortStak

Designed for the YakAttack BlackPak Pro and ShortStak, the BlackPak Rod Hinge is a durable and attractive solution that lets you mount rod holders on the rear of your crate while keeping the lid free to open.

Constructed from ASA carbon fiber and a CNC-machined 5 mm 100% carbon fiber plate, the hinge system swings the rod plate out of the way as you open the lid. A clevis pin + R-cotter pin design enables quick, tool-free removal when needed.

If mounting to a 13" side of a blackpak be sure to select the 13" variant!

What’s Included in the Kit?

✅ 4 x Hinges - the plastic variant is made with a single CNC-machined 5 mm carbon fiber center arm and tpu/nylon angled arms.  The Carbon Fiber has both carbon fiber straight arm and angled arms.
✅ 1 x Hex Grid Panel (16" × 12.5") for mounting rod tubes/holders
✅ 32 x Black Stainless Steel Screws for the ShortStak/BlackPak and hex grid panel
✅ 6 x Clevis Pins & R-Cotter Pins for secure, tool-free hinge removal

⚠️ Important Note:

🚨 Rod holders and BlackPak/ShortStak are not included. 
🚨 If mounting to the 13" side of a blackpak be sure to select the 13" version.
