3D printed from a TPU/Nylon, this hinge is nearly indestructible—flexible enough to resist cracking in the cold, yet tough enough to stand up to years of hard use. Each hinge uses a 304 Stainless Steel Clevis Pin for corrosion-free, reliable performance on the water.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Remove the Old Hinge

• Remove the 4 screws securing the original hinge.
• Lift out the old or damaged hinge.

Step 2: Install the New Hinge

• Position the replacement hinge in the factory location.
• Reinstall using the same 4 screws and tighten firmly.
